SIGMA ENGINEERING SERVICES

Sigma Engineering provides services to Client organizations requiring complex multidiscipline project or complex maintenance/shutdown conceptualization, development, implementation and commissioning.  This set of specialist services and specific skills and service contribution can be broadly grouped as follows;

1. Strategic conceptualization, development and planning expertise that includes integration of, technical, commercial contract/procurement, logistics, materials management, construction and commissioning generally applicable to Feasibility FEL, FEED Definition or Selection study phases. These services apply to Green Field, Brown Field or hybrid environmnets;
2. Tactical and hands on implementation management and support in the field and head office for all execution aspects of Item 1 above.;
3. Specialist site, offsite and offshore fabrication and construction management including pre-assembly and all associated QC, supervision and management responsibilities.
4. Technical and operational contribution and input to design constructability/maintenance and general discipline peer and design reviews;
5. General resource placement/secondment and support for all levels of management, supervision and trade.
6. Complete standalone blocks of project or management development work in our corporate offices;
7. Collaborative installation and construction work with our JV and Alliance partners.

These specialist services are applicable to the following poject developmnet phases;

• Front End Loading (FEL) or through to Financial Investment Commitment (FIC)

Sigma Engineering has also developed long term relationships with key onshore and offshore facilities and resources that allow us to offer the supply of Structural, Mechanical and Pipe products and Electrical and Instrumentation equipment as specified by Client requirements.  While Sigma Engineering is able to provide products independently as a commodity apart from project/maintenance services, direct Client interface with our trusted and experienced facilities and resources is possible through our flexible approach to the provision of project solutions. Sigma Engineering is preferentially interested in managing facilities as the Clients representative but will undertake direct supply on request.
